Aggies Wrestling

The Velva Aggies wrestling team is looking to repeat its region championship from last year 24 wrestlers are out for first year head coach Chad Barstad with 10 of those returning with varsity experience While the Aggies are young they also return some experience with their strength being in the middle to upper weights Chad Barstad Velva wrestling coach We re a young team but we do have experience We are a young team We have two seniors with one of them being a first time senior first time wrestling Garrett Wible and then Austyn Kittelson but our younger weights we re returning 10 starters that return from last year so we do have experience but we are young Austyn Kittelson senior Well we got a bunch of lighter guys that are coming in doing better this year I mean heavier guys coming back from last year we got a few of them and we got some kids coming from New Town which are really good addition to our team Collin Kittelson junior We re gonna have a good year and I feel pretty confident We should take regions and 5th and up in state The Aggies will be in action tomorrow when they host Beulah and Williston in a triangular
